The objections worth making

A finding attributed to the wrong species, a modified peptide described as the original, a mistaken outcome or a broken source link deserves correction. An objection earns my attention when it changes the argument’s conclusion.

For a citation correction, the page path, the exact sentence and the paper’s title or identifier are the useful pieces. For a disputed interpretation, the result that supports the objection matters more than an assurance that the compound is popular. The reading list identifies the papers currently discussed.
